Skill Set:
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science
8 of industry server-side development experience
Proven track record on building highly scalable and high performance software
Strong experience in OO design and implementation
Strong programming skills (Java) and expertise in multi-threaded development
Excellent knowledge of algorithms and data structure
XML Schema and Web Services Technologies
A good background on Spring, Hibernate/ORM technologies
Strong experience on RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 etc
