Pf amount not received

My name is sumit bansi pable

employee id : 714683 were employed in andromeda markeing pvt ltd pune, from

26 april 09 to 10 nov 09 .from that i had submitted pf form duly checked from company

itself 3 times but not a single time i received my amount also i told that i will submit

the pf form myself but company told it would be submitted via them only ok then

i had submitted my first form in nov then in june then again in nov

but still i got no response also neither company told me about status not it gave me the

establishment code

i am really fed up i ll be very happy if u help me because i had written complaints to

consumerforum also twice but got no response
