This was the mail forwarded to the Financer/head of Andromeda Pvt Ltd Ms. Elizabeth Jacob. on friday 11th jun

This is to bring to your notice that I Shaheen Shaikh (Emp Id: 716409) Ex –Assistant Manager of Andromeda Pvt Ltd Pune Docomo Process, would like to bring this to your notice that I have resigned from our organization on 23rd Apr’10 but I still have not received my last salary for the payroll cycle Mar-Apr i.e. from 24th Mar’10- 23rd Apr’10. I have personally met Kulbeer and escalated the issue but haven’t received any positive reply. I have tried calling her but my calls are left unanswered. When asked for the reason for salary not processed I was informed that since I was relieved with one day notice it cannot be processed. However there are few employees who have resigned under similar terms & conditions but their salary has been credited in their account.

Thus, requesting you to kindly intervene as I have dedicated my 12-14hrs daily.

I have worked for 14 months with your organization thus wanted to leave on a good note. Thought of bringing this to your concern, before escalating it further.

Management team is forced to work for 12works & more & their WO's are freezed. Salaries are delayed & put on hold. where in other organisation salaries are credited on 30th or 1st of every month but here salary is processed between 18-20th of every month Done by orders & kulbeer's Co-ordination with Mumbai Team. Where in other organisation possible attrition cases are shown carrer pathing or are coached but here their salaries are put on hold & released after 20th to ensure they are forced to extend their services for the next payroll cycle that ends 24th-25th of every month. or leave their salary & abscond. There is no HR manager Active in the system from past 4months. HR (Human Resource) team consist only of one Payroll Person- Roshan K & recrutier named Ruchi. They soley action Kulbeer's instructions.

Andromeda does not operate or follow Labour Law in any prospect.

I, current employee of Andromeda Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Pune, would like to bring your notice certain issues which are hampering the faith and reputation of our organization because of certain management decisions taken by responsible person who has been recently shifted from a particular process which is almost no more in existence with us. Some of the major issues faced by the employee's are as follows: -

1) Delay in salaries - Salaries have been purposely delayed by making everybody's salaries come by cheque even-though the employee's are having their Salary Bank Accounts, and even after the cheque's have been received by the HR team, the distribution is delayed, when approached the HR for the cheque's, HR always says that the cheque's cannot be given until Kulbeer gives the permission to do so, we are getting our salaries every month by 20th, which is 4-5 days less than ending the next salary cycle, which is really really unfair mean to stop the attrition or to do cost-cutting by waiting for the employee's to wait and wait & finally go ABSCONDING. If such trend is going to start in this process also I doubt, that there won’t be any good people lasting long enough with our organization.

2) Extending of shifts - Employee's are forcefully made to extend their shifts, without paying them any over-time or being given any complimentary off's, even females are made to extend their shifts till late nights, freezing of breaks (employee's coming in the morning shifts take calls till evening without being allowed to eat anything or even go to washrooms - some of them are now so frustrated that they might even escalate this to the Labour Court), the exits are locked out & the security is asked not to give the belongings of the employee's to them until the manning crunch is solved, which is really an unprofessional way of maintaining the manning required rather than controlling the attrition by proper means.

If we check the attrition for the current month of our process, it has increased a lot due to the unfair means being put into practice by our AVP - Mrs. Kulbeer Kaaur.

3) It's not only the Customer Service Executive's, but even the support staff inclusive of all the Team Leader's/ Assistant Manager's/ Quality Executives are forced to take calls which is again a setback and demotivational factor for the support staff, because of which even an Operation Manager opted to move away from this process to the previous one which he handled before, and many from the support staff are already on the verge of leaving, which is really going to hamper the relationship with the employee's, the so called Employee Management is very poor in this regard.

4) Biased behavior - She is very biased to the employee's, several people have been recently given a hike & promotion who do not even deserve the hike nor can handle the KPI's of the designation given to them. Employee's who talk to her often and spend more time with her are getting promoted, which is really not the way promotions should happen, and the promotion were done only for IDEA Postpaid, whereas the prepaid being a major part not being touched also.

Celebrating birthday’s of people in the face of R&R, who are close to her (promoted from agent to Team Leader) in a very lavish way, by arranging DJ’s and these things like R&R and several other activities being done only for Postpaid process, and prepaid is not being involved anywhere, whereas Prepaid has till now played a major role in generating huge revenues.

5) Sacking of employee's for no reason, just because they are not close to her, or just because she wants to show to management that wherever she steps in huge revenue is generated, as written earlier she shows a complete different scenario to the management, she goes to a process sacks the people playing a key role in the process and then shift people from other processes who are closed to her and completely in her control to her Hitler behavior, which is not the right way of moving into a process.

Employee's have finally got so frustrated so much so that they have even approached the Client for help, which is not only spoiling the name of our organization (which has already got spoilt a lot in Pune already) but also making the Corporate take a step back who might have once thought of giving their process to our organization.

The above mail is not only the issue faced by me, but these are the issues faced by almost all the employee's our organization's Pune Location who cannot raise their voices inclusive of myself as we all wanted our jobs secured, but looking at such a trend being followed I doubt these good people lasting long enough with our organization, and this mail is being written on behalf of them. I hope there is no biased decision taken again on this, and at least some of the issues gets resolved to gain some employee satisfaction, which is currently way too low.
