Axis Bank Car Loan
Car loan Pre-closure Charge

Hi,

I have taken Car loan from AXIS BANK LTD on July. At that time they told me that pre-closure charge is 2%.

Now I want to close my loan. But bank is saying that current preclosure charge is 5%. I have talked to both the agent and the branch manager. They told me that they have forwarded my request to higher authorities.

Its been one month and I have not yet get an update from the bank.

My loan A/c no. is AU1130100164707

Please help me to get the answer from the bank.
