I am a consumer being No. 4621 under Bagnan Gas Supply (Indane), but every time this gas agency refused to Booked new gas cylinder before twenty one days from last delivery of Gas Cylinder. I am enquire about the bar of 21 days from the Indian Oil Corporate and they informed that there is no bar of 21 days for next booking of Gas Cylinder. I went to serve a legal notice under RTI Act but the Manager Mr. Balai Bhattacharya denied to received the same.
Hence it is my fervent request to enquire the matter and punish the Bagnan Gas Supply (Indane), Bagnan, Howrah - 711 303, which no body can not face the aforesaid problem in future as because it is a social injustice.
