Yes its very very poor/worst & pathetic service as i shifted from bibvewadi to chincwad & i have transfered my gas connection. then i booked for gas connection, lady in raka agency told gas will be decliverd after 12 days but it doesnot delivered when i visited personaly asking why it is not it delivere lady in counter mentioned it was not booked then again requested her to book then she booked it & told it will come after 12 days but after 14 day we called in raka they told it will come today which was NOT delivered & when ask her why gas is sent, lady in raka told it is booked 2 days back so it will come after 12 days which was very pathetic ..
