Dear Sir,
This is to let you know how I have been made to wait for a cylinder since the 27th of September. I must have called them (Ratan Gas agency) near Rahatni... every single day since four days and everyday they say that they'll send it to me the next day.
My consumer number is 025134. When I first booked for my cylinder, they said that I would get it within five days. But I waited for a week and the next day I was away from home when they had come. And when I got back ..I called them up and told them that I was away and they said that I had to book again... If anyone books for a cylinder ..does that mean we have to be there 24 hours every single day till they deliver us the cylinder... My last cylinder was delivered on the 28th of July. I did tell them that but they were not ready to listen. I have the signature and date on the booklet.
Kindly help and see that the people working under you do a proper job.
