Went to charkop petrol pump on 8th july at 17:20 hrs evening for refueling diesel.
Asked for rs.1000/ Of diesel to be filled in.
It comes to 22ltr of diesel.@ Rs.45.35/Ltr. As revised by govt.
Instead they charged me @ rs.46.04/ Ltr. & Was supplied 21.720 ltr. Only
I noticed that afterwards when somebody told me that prices have been revised.
i went back on next day (09th July) for the diff money or to fill the balance diesel of the diff amount.
They refused me. i've reciept of the said gas station.
Made a complaint to sales manager (mr. Shravan kumar mobile no.9987148001) to look into the matter.
He promised me to do needful.
I tried to cont mr. Shravan kumar but he has not responding to phone call
nothing has been done since.
No response to missed calls.
