I am prepaid customer of airtel since Two years. Presently i am residing at Mumbai, my mobile no is 09867180263. I am facing a serious problem and airtel is not listening to my problem since last 1 & half month.
I wanted to deactivate a scheme in which i'm being charged rental 1.5 rs daily. I had sent SMS (DEACT) and also (Deact) to 1515 as per the cuctomers care's suggesion.
I had sent my first SMS on 18th December & since then i have send atleast 5 to 7 SMS for that, but my problem is not yet solved.
I'm calling the cuctomer care people every two days and they again & again ask me to SMS & also assure that my complaint has been forwarded and will be solved within 24 hrs.but still not solved.
