Bike parcel

My name is Mr. Santosh,

I have done my bike (AP 24 M 7604 (PULSAR-150CC)) parcel on 29th august from hyderabad to ernakulam town

till now i did not receive wen i spoke with hyderabad railways parcel services they have said that it has been sended on 30th on august on SHABARI EXPRESS train no :7230

this is the Parcel Receipt no: X468256, Booking No: SL08722

when i spoke with ernakulam parcel services they said that they did not received any parcel from hyderabad and they are giving such a bad replay for this query.
