Bikes Auto Ahmedabad / Purchase of Hero Honda Passion Pro Bike
Bills Not Provided for full amount of Bike

Dear Sir / Madam

I have purchased a Hero Honda Passion Pro bike from M/s Bikes Auto-Ahmedabad for, which I have paid Rs.51691 through cheque. However they have provided bills for Rs.50641. When I have approached them for further bills they have answered me that they have paid approx Rs.550 for under table money paid to agent and RTO officer and for other charges they have not issued bills because that money are for accessories and passport programe hence not provided bills.

Request you kindly clarify whether I have to pay black money to agent ant RTO officer as I have purchased a new bike?
