This incidence if of December 23 evening around 8.15pm
There were two guys at the station, one for filling the petrol and other one was cashier. I asked the petrol filling guy for 300Rs petrol and gave money to the cashier guy. Filling guy stood in the middle of my eyesight and the meter and before I could see the meter he filled petrol of 100Rs with in a fraction of second and stopped.
I said I want petrol for 300Rs; he acted as if he didn’t hear me properly when I had asked for 300 Rs petrol in the beginning. Cashier told him this time that I have paid 300 Rs. Filling guy started filling petrol for rest of the 200Rs. I somehow managed to see the meter this time. Filling was finished. I moved my bike out of the station and checked the fuel meter. It was showing very minimal rise in the petrol level. I thought it will reflect correcting reading after driving for some time. My house is 20km from far from the petrol pump. I monitored the meter till I reached home and there was no rise in fuel level at all. Worst thing is bike came back to reserve again within 20kms itself. Filling guy had filled the petrol of 100 Rs by taking 300 Rs from me. I was been cheated for 200 Rs.
It was a very bad experience. This is the only petrol pump in Baner (Pune) and must be earning hell of a money whole day. But still doing this kind of cheap cheatings. There should be some action against such cheaters.
