Late twink service n engine problem

Sir, i'm from Assam bought my indigo ecs (diesel) car from Ghosh brothers GHY six months ago and just before a week took service from GHOSH BROTHERS SEVICE CENTRE.On mon day (9/7) the car automatically broke down on road and immediately i made a call to customer car of tata motor and they sent a mechanic to serve my car. The car totally broke down and not taking start, the mechanic advised to bring the car to the workshop in Guwahaty. As his advise i connected more than 50 times with customer care to provide twink service and bring my car to the workshop immediately. But all my request become vain and till today at about 11am i'm not provided the twink service. I am very upset being the customer of tata. In six months how a car can break down totally? And in such a critical position how the negligence are showing by the tata authorities. Sir, i'm from middle class family, i have to pay more than 500 rupees per day for the said car installment.
