Sir,
Recently I had been travelling from Garib Rath from Mumbai to Rewari.
The Caters in the train were selling Mineral water not marked for sale in railways & that to at a rate of Rs 15/-
On complaining with the TC he said that the stock of Mineral Water has exhausted & so they had to sell the product available with them.
It all happened near Surat & hope is being done purposely to fool the travellers.
