We purchased ceat tyre from rohit tyre 2010 after 4 months tyre was having a problem of cut & bubble then i deposit the tyre to your Agra Transport nagar office under Mr. Ravinder through rohit tyre & i have not taken docket no., after 20 days mr ravinder said your tyre has been replaced but we do not have a stock of that tyre when the tyre will come in the stock i will give you, regularly i call to mr.ravinder every 15 days he said no stock every time & finaly mr.ravinder left the job & mr.akash mishra has taken charge i call to mr. mishra he said i will look in to the matter but soory to say that after a monty he said i dont know anything about your tyre, talk to ravinder & finaly he refuse to give the replacement tyre.
Last 7 to 8 Months i am still making a call but no responce.
You are requested to kindly look in to the matter.
