Petrol leakage from overflow pipe

I have purchased a tvs scooty 10 days back and it is giving me a problem of petrol leakage from the overflow pipe since then I have given the bike for 3 times to the company service centre at Century TVS, PUNE but the persons are not solving the problem. I m sure it is having the problem with the carburettor but they r not replacing the parts though under warranty. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
