I have bought Chevrolet Aveo UVA car in 2007 and the warranty expires on 20 Aug.
During the three years, I have regularly complaining regarding the gear (reverse gear stuck half way) problem and horn malfunction. The company always adjusted the gear/lubricated the linkages, but the problem persists.
Can I file a case in the consumer court for deficiency of service and harassment against GM India, after the warranty expiry, since I have kept the case alive.
