Non Deliverance/Delay of gas cylinders

Dear Sir,

This is with the reference to the Bharath gas booked, the ref no is 13883502 and my consumer no is 26138, in spite of several follow ups the gas has not been delivered.

All the earlier months booking was made, it was delivered within 15 days, but now it is a month delay, when ever I check with the delivery agent, they say giving harsh response no stock it will get delayed and if you go and complaint to the collector we are least bothered.

I request you to kindly take an immediate action on this serious issue.
