Dada Gas Agency at No.31/A, Madhavaram High Road, Perambur, Chennai-600011 is accepting the booking of gas scylinder supply after 25 days of previous scylinder supplied date. I have booked on 26.4.2008. After my several reminders to them, today (05.4.2008) they have supplied gas scylinder. But, they have mentioned their bill date as 28.04.2008. The Dada Gas Agency will not accept the booking of gas prior to 25 days from the date of previous supply. Under this condistion, they bound to supply gas within a day or two. But, they are not following thier own regulation in proper. While asking this, they told me to make complaint to Indane. While dialling IOC Customer Care Nos.24339236/24339246, all those numbers are engaged at all time. How to contact Indane to register my complaint?
