My name is g.c manik, plot no-27, sector-5, niladri vihar, bhubaneswar, orissa. My mob no-09455754005. My consumer no-605190 in swasti fuel centre, gajapati nagar, bhubaneswar. I have booked for hp gas ON 23.03.2011. But They have not delivered the refiiled gas cylinder yet for which we are facing a lot of problem in cooking. More over their office phone no is always in busy mode or not responding the customer call. Not only i but many consumer are facing same problem i.e. delay in delivering of refilled gas cylinder.
so i want to know from you that what is the time period to get a refilled gas cylinder after booking?
why the official of swasti fuel centre is not responding the telephone call from the consumer?
Lastly i request you to make an enquery the black marketing and delay in delivering the gas cylinder.
