Delay in Gas Cylinder and not good behaviour with the consume

I am having a Consumer No. 5086 with the Dalip Gas Service, Pusa Gate, Patel Nagar, New Delhi. I booked for Gas cylinder on 25.2.2010 by tollfree no. 1260, passes of 10 days gas cylinder has not been delivered till date. I observed that same type of problem we faced from last two or 3 months.

Today (06.03.2010) at 6.00 AM, my gas was finished from the gas cylinder and we have not any alternate to cook the food to my children and I am so dipressed from the system of supply of gas cylinders.

This is also experienced that the calls made on the number of the agency (Dalip gas service) are not attended mostly and booking of gas cylinder not do manually however system of tollfree no.1260 is not maintained the period of gas supply to the consumer. Thats why we had to call on toll free number after trying on the agency's contact nos many trimes. The behaviour of the agency personnel are not good with customers and the tendency is to delay the delivery maximum time.

Same type of complaint, I did in the month of January but action taken by the company was not intimated to me.
