My consumer no. is 39690. i was getting my gas cylinder refilled by Kalpana Gas Agency, RPC LAY OUT but since last 10 days they are saying that my account is shifted to DEVGANGA GAS AGENCY, Mysore Road. i am trying there telephone nos. but no response every time. i booked the gas through internet on 8/02 at 6.30 pm & booking refrence no. 118 but still i have not received the gas cylinder.
