My name is Mala Radhakrishna. I had left Dewar's Garage Ltd.(Maruti delearship), 4 Council House Street, Kolkata -700001. in December. Since then I have submitted my PF form along with my necessary documents several times, but every time my documents got misplaced. I had to fill the PF form 3 times. It's been more than 6 months I had filled up my form last time. Every time on calling they confirm that the documents will be submitted to PF office in the next week which never comes. My PF no is WB/336A/394.
I would be very much oblidged if you can help me to sort out this issue.
