I Bijan Choudhury was a customer of Dewar’s Garage since 2003. I had a car, Zen Estelo WB02Z4990, whch I used to service at your garage for the last seven years. Till then I had received immense cooperation and sincere approach towards servicing my car on number of occasions and had also grown an extremely friendly relation with the service providers.
Recently I have submitted my car at your garage on paper received 5th April and car received on 6th April according to the advertisement for the true value car exchange offer.
Here fourth I give all the details of the actions take on either parts date wise given below.

Please note vehicle of your choice is not in our stock and will be available with us in 3 weeks. We will be informing you to complete the balance once we receive the indent number of your vehicle from MSIL.
It gives me and all of us here at our dealership great pleasure to have you as our customer. We assure you of our committed services in future.

2. R.K.Singh Executive approached me at my house on behalf of Dewar’s Garage Ltd. to take an amount of 5700/- in cash dated 9th April at 8:30 p.m. for car foreclosing in the Axis Bank.
3. Dewar’s Garage Ltd. had issued a cheque of amount Rs. 210654/- (Two Lakhs Ten Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Seven only) on 10th April for foreclosing the car loan. They had submitted the cheque on 13th April. The cheque had bounced for some unknown reason which they did not inform me till 23rd April. Neither have they taken any actions till date.
I came to know about the matter when I approached the bank for loan of the new car. Later I came to know that they had submitted the cheque after 12.30 p.m. on 23rd April (10 days delay) from the bank. The service providers at the Dewar’s Garage Ltd. did not have the slightest decency to bring the matter to my notice. This is totally unacceptable from your part.
4. I had sent a letter which stated that I had a requirement of the car within 26th April according to the commitment of giving the car within three weeks made on your behalf. Till date they have not informed anything or given any confirmation letter regarding giving me the new vehicle Ritz-Vxi that I had booked.
Since I am a regular car user I have already taken enough pain and harassment in traveling without the car. More over I do not see any future about the matter since the concerned department of the Dewar’s Garage Ltd informed verbally that they cannot give the car within their committed time and date. They had not given me any written information within the last 72 hours about the status of the concerned matter even after repeated request.
I cannot bear any more harassment and want to cancel the booking of the new vehicle Ritz-Vxi without any compromise. I demand a total refund of money from Dewar’s Garage Ltd regarding the car exchange offer with in 27th April.

True value of the car amount was Rs. 2, 30, 000/- (two lakh thirty thousand)
Received cash from me Rs. 5, 700/- (five thousand seven hundred)
Cheque deposited from Dewar’s Rs. 2, 10, 657/- (two lakh ten thousand six hundred fifty seven)
Bank EMI due to late payment of foreclosing amount Rs. 6, 825 (six thousand eight hundred twenty five)
Rest amount to be refunded Rs.31, 868 (thirty thousand eight hundred sixty eight)
I am expecting a sincere and urgent action from your behalf.
