My self Sandeep Budhiraja I am a elder brother of Mr. Sumit Budhiraja R/o E-265, Tagore Garden Extenssion, Opposite Central School, New Delhi 10027. This is with the reference to the above mention subject I would like to inform you that we booked a EECO CAR from Competent Motors located in shivaji marg.
We booked a ECCO car on 07th Feb 10 through competent Motors & paid them INR 5, 000/-, at the time of booking they promised us to deliver the car with in 30days from the date of booking, but after giving many repeated reminders we didn't get any positive reply from them.
But after more than 35 days (on 13th March) we got a call from there office & that lady (Ms. Puja Sahu) told me that she is customer care manager, also she told me that we are not able to car for next 4 month because waiting time is extend. But when I ask her that we’ll not wait for more months then she said then you can take your deposited back & we’ll deduct INR 500/- out of that.
It was made very clear in above lines that problem is from your end not from our part we are still ready to take the car but if you are not able to provide the asked product with in promised period that why should we pay you the INR 500/-. On top of that I ask for the interest which you always charge from your customer if he/she refuse to take the thing then you are liable to pay to the same interest to the customer if you are not able to provide the booked car with in commitment period.
But on this she told me that this is very easy to pay the booking amount but this is very difficult to take that amount back even the mistake is from vendor end, also she told me to take the action what ever I want but we’ll not refund you the full amount.
Then finally on 14th March 10 we told them that we don't need any car from you and cancel our booking & refund us the full booking amount, on that they told us that we'll courier you the cheque in next 4 days but till date they didn't gave any cheque to us & saying that this INDIA here nobody work on ask days. So wait you will get your cheque soon.
