Exide Battery (12 v, 14 lb) for Royal Enfield Bullet
Faulty battery 6 months old under warranty period

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought Exide Battery (12 v, 14 lb) bearing Sl No. 2I9634997 on Jan 11 from Narendar Automobiles (No.927, 28th Main, 41st Cross, 9th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore - 69) through Royal Enfield, Jayanagar, Bangalore.

Battery Problem starting date: July 3

Service done (completely charged) in: Royal Enfield Service station, Jayanagar

After that, I returned the battery to Narendar Automobiles with the warranty card on 5th July. Till now no action has been taken. I am getting a vague reply and very bad response from both the Royal enfield and Narendar Automobiles.

Please do the needful.
