Not replacing batter due to no warranty card

Dear Manager,

Due to some unavoidable reason the warranty card of the battery got lost and as per the the exide dealer Mr Jay Nishad of Sunrise Batteries (9819283466) & Exide supervisor Mr Bhushan (9967096378) confirmed that this is under warrantry but not ready to give me replacement as I don't have warranty card. Mr Bhushan was suppose to check with his senior staff and was suppose to help me out to get this battery replaced but he didn't update on me this and came to knwo from Mr Jay that Exide is not ready to give the battery replaced.

Battery make is DIN44 and serial no is 92635 and was purchased in 2009 request you to kindly look into this issue and help me to get the battery replaced.

This battery is of our company car and we use Exide batteries in all our car, today we are buying Exide battery for our Honda Civic

Awaiting for your positive action.

Attached is the letter for your reference which we had given to the dealer as per his requirement, still the battery is with Sunrise Batteries dealer, so rewuest you to kindly consider this request and get my battery replaced.

Will be expecting your confirmation mail towards getting this battery replaced which is under 5 years warranty and this is the second year.
