HDFC Ergo sent docs from Mumbai to Pune --(200 Kms dist) on 16 Feb 10 thro' FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS..The courier Co returned the article saying that they could not locate the My Address. They did not call nor make any effort to find the place. We have been staying at this address for 45 years --have been receiving letters bills regularly. The location is in the town and not far away or remote.
2. Sheer laziness and unprofessional ism at it's best. In spite of sending mails no reply from First Flight. The Pune Office was contacted by me--they said they would ring back in 05 Mins on 18 FEB --I am still waiting on 20 FEB for their call!
3. This is the SECOND such incident IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS! FIRST FLIGHT HAS PROVED THAT IT IS ONE ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES!
