I have purchased Ford Figo (Ay 01 3445)
from Kairali Ford, Thiruvanamthapuram on 02-06.
Please note that my insurance papers has not been delivered till date. I have contacted your executive several times but no use.
They told me that they have heavy work load there thats why they cant deliver it. Anyway to
take an insurance its only take just two days.
It clearly shows the poor management
from top executive there that they cant give
insurance paper even after two months of delivery
