It is kindly inform to you that I, Liyakat Ali Khan owner of Ford Figo ZXI (Diesel) with registration No RJ20 CC 1002, Sir it is pathetic problem with Ford India company service to response the customer.
I am facing a problem of ground clearance from the same day of purchase & it is basic problem of manufacturing from Company. My Ford Figo contains 15 mm lesser Ground Clearance as compared to other Ford Figo of Same Model & simultaneously my car is damaged due to this problem. So get me not only resolve the problem of ground clearance but replace damaged parts also since it is fault of manufacturing not Mine. Dealer (K.S. Ford, Kota) is not responding as well as since one year. Finally I had registered a complain at customer care. My complaint no is 800014101.
My car is at Dealer workshop from 1 week but they still not decide what to do?
