Sub: Accldent repair.
Sir,
I had a mild accident while travelling in ford figo on 7th August. For the purpose of repairing I had givenit to the service centre . (kairali, ford kottayam) on 8th August. They agreed to give back the vehicle within 14 days. Evenif 40 days are over, we didn't get a positive reply from them. Notonly that they are denied to lift the telephone. We are very regret to lnform about your poor service given by the ford dealers.
