Dear Sir,
This is with regard to the poor supply of LPG cylinders in our area. The concerned Gas agency has consistently delayed in supply of LPG Cylinders. We, the consumers are always assured of supply with in 3 days but still there has been no response. If there is delay and when we follow up, they respond to us saying that delivery will be done by today evening. Ultimately, we end up getting cylinder by 10 days.
Also we have come across certain allegations that cylinders are supplied illegally to Hotels, although I cannot vouch for this. But seeing their delay, it seems that something fishy going on with this agency.
Next time when we have to book for another Gas cylinder, we are told that there has to be a gap of 20/25 days after the first booking. Under these circumstance, it becomes difficult for us to deal with this agency.
Hence I request you to take action against this agency and ensure proper supply.
