Delay of cylinde

Dear sir

I am consumer of bharatgas consumer no 2987 pushpa gas agencies nadapuram. I have booked for filling gas cylinder (Ref No.3910527) on 19/10 .So far i have not received cylinder. Delay in supplying the cylinder for three times continuously. the delay cause much difficulty. So please make arrangement for regular supply of cylinder.
