Spare parts are not correct

I purchased new HH Hunk special edition bike in the mid of 2009 from Pratibha motors, Wakad, Pune. After 1st servicing the bike started giving problems with rear shockers with some noise. I told the service person about the noise, but he told the chain may be loose. After 3rd service, I found the rear shock absorber started licking the oil. The dealer put a request for new shock absorber from Gurgaon. Upon receiving the shock absorber after 10 days, they found they are golden colour instead of red (As the bike have red previously). They replaced the red shocks with golden one. Now the bike looks funny with all colours (black, silver, gold, red).

If you (Hero honda) cannot suppy the correct spare parts within 1 year, why they make those bikes with such spares?

I checked hero honda website to launch the complaint, the query form doesn't work at all. Upon selecting state, the form goes blank again.

I tried to call Hero Honda regional office, Pune. The numbers are not reachable as they have changed. Please update the site with correct numbers.

Keep the service persons with full of knowledge at service stations.

Main issue: Am I going to get original Red shock absorbers made for HH Hunk special edition? Please clarify...
