Sir,
With due respect I would like to inform you that I had purchased a Hero Honda Pleasure on dated 27-03 which Eng. No-JF16EAAGB16406 and Frame No-MBLJF16ECAGB16781 from the sub dealer M/S AUTO WORLD, New Arengapara Road, Golaghat, Assam. But there were some scratch in the under cover on the date of purchasing. The dealer/sub-dealer gave me a written that they will change these as soon as possible but still they are not able to change it. Sir, I like to inform you that several time I asked for it and they refused to change. There is no good response and service getting from the dealer.
Sir, I have already given a written complain through e-mail to the company customer care mail id (eg, [email protected], [email protected]) on dtd 31st Dec/11. But there is no response from the company and the said Dealer /Sub-Dealer.
So, I request you give me a solution regarding that and take necessary action.
