Dispute delivery of out side rear view mirro

Hi

I have purchased second hand Maruti Esteem car from Mohans Motor Udyog on September. The right side rear view mirror was broken at that time. They have committed me to replace that. When I have taken the delivery of the car I have checked that the mirror was broken at that time. But they told that this is already replaced and this is new type VXI rear mirror. Next time again I have complained them that the mirror is broken, after checking they told that the mirror was broken and they will replace it. They told that they didn't have new mirror at that time so they will deliver me a new mirror at my office. But now its already 2 weeks over and nobody came to me from Mohans Motors. The right side rear mirror is still broken and I am not able to fold it which is creating a lots of problem on road.

Please do the needful. If any clarification is required please inform me.
