My father booked Honda Activa on 21st of December by paying Rs.1000/-, with the authorized dealer SHYMAS AUTOSALES at Alappuzha, Kerala. The vehicle was booked in his name (John Kuriakose). We were given a commitment of 6 months and told that they will deliver the vehicle by 21st of June.
I have been constantly following up with the dealer regarding the vehicle and everytime I get a answer saying, you will surely get it soon.
Recently I came to know that another person who booked the vehicle after my booking date, got the vehicle. I got this information only because I know that guy personally. They took the balance payment of Rs: 56471/- on 8th of July. Still we are waiting for the vehicle.
I would like the company to take strict action to make sure the dealings are happening without any partialities.
It Needless to say that the customer has faith in Honda's brand name and it is very disappointing to say that it may lose because of the bad responses from dealers.
I just would like to get my vehicle as soon as possible.
