Worst Service at ADAYAR KUN HONDA

I'm Lawrence, bought Honda Unicorn TN 07 BD 2160 through ADAYAR KUN HONDA... I would say the guys working there in SERVICE division do not value or respect the customers. For first three free services, they allowed me to book over the phone and I did my free services at Adayar Kun Honda... thereafter, whenever I tried booking for paid service, they never allowed me to bring the vehicle and told me that their service division is full for next 45 days. After my free services, I was doing my regular service at near by workshop.

Yesterday, I could run my bike only using 4th and 5th gear, the first three gears were struck. When I took the bike to ADAYAR KUN HONDA service station, they told me that they can not take my vehicle for service, as they run shortage of space. Moreover the service incharge guy (wearing spectacle, I don't know his name) asked me to do the service in some other workshops. Honda has a very good name and guys like KUN HONDA ADAYAR seems spoiling its reputation. Then I went to the Manager Pinto and he asked someone to accomodate the bike.

This experience was very horrible and bit surprised to see such responses from a leading bike manufacturers HONDA.
