I am Joseph, aged 60 years, retired having BP gas connection. We are big family and we consume gas 15 to 18 day only. Consumer no. is 1023. The agency name is Sree Mahalakshimi Enterpraises, at Indranagar, Bangalore. I had booked gas on 21st of Sep. 2009 and my bookong no. is 355716. When I contacted the agency they are telling, I have to wait for 15 days. Everuy month I am facing this problem. We are facing this problem only with this agency. Other agencies are giving gas within 3 to 4 days and they displaying openly about the wating period. I am spending about Rs 130/- to purchase private 1.5kg cylinder. Monthly I am spending about Rs. 780/-(6 nos. of 1.5 kg cylinders) Please help me in this regard to get refill cylinders with in 2 or 3 days and the needful.
