Dear sir

I had purchased a Honda CB Shine (CBF 125 MCA) on 11-07 (Invoice No:11 I No 1518) bearing Frame No- ME 4JC36CFB8257535 and Engine No- JC 36E2391801 from M/s Arya Bhangy Honda, Ankamaly. As per warranty terms, I had handed over the vehicle to Arya Bhangy Honda for 1st service. While collecting the bike after the 1st service I found oil leakage from engine. I rushed the same to the above dealer and handed over the same to their Head Office service section at Aluva. On enquiry I was told that oil bolt was mis-fitted and engine case threads have already been damaged. They have suggested that engine case will have to be replaced with a new one.

Your good self will fairly understand my mental agony, when I was told that the engine of a my new bike which I bought a few days ago will be dismantled for replacement of engine case. More over, the head light too is not working properly. Sir, I have bought this bike with my bare means. Hence I cannot take a risk of repairing the bike every now and then.

Hence I request your good self to intervene and solve my issue. I have no other choice left other than to make claim a new bike replacing the present one.

I once again request you to kindly take an immediate action in tech matter.
