Engine Problem

I have a Honda Dio of 2007 Model. The first problem was my bike engine got stuck. Then i went to Honda Showroom and showed the problem and he said that due to no oil the engine got stuck and they need to replace some parts (Bore, Piston, Ring, ) and i got the work done for Rs8500/-.Then later on it was fine for 6 months. And i was on the way and i heard some noise in the engine and i went to showroom again they said its just a Silencer Sound. After 2days the vehicle got stopped suddenly with jerks and never started again. Then the bike sent to same showroom and they said me that my bike oil pump got failed and the bike had the same engine problem again (Oil Pump, Bore, Piston, Ring, Cap). Then i was Charged again of Rs3000/- by Honda Showroom. Then my bike was running good for again 6months.later i noticed the same sound in the engine then went to showroom and they just serviced it and they said me that there is a sound from clutch section which is common. Then after a day i was on the way to home and i was on a highway overtaking a lorry and my bike got a sudden stop (just escaped form a horrible accident). Then i went to Honda showroom again they said my bike oil pump have failed then i screwed the Honda manager. They said that its a manufacture defect and some of the Honda bikes like Dio, Shine having the same problem... Then why Honda manufacture this kind of bikes to play with peoples life...?Then they replaced all the parts which was damaged again (Bore, Piston, Ring, Cap) for free of cost. Then my was good for 3months then on 28-06 i was on the way and my bike got stuck again with the same problem. Then my bike sent to showroom the manager said that its due to over speed. But i never crossed more then 50KPH after my engine started trouble. Is an 102cc bike have eligible for just 40-50KPH...? Then why Honda gives a commitment of top speed as 80KPH..?
As i have spent more then 13000 on the same engine problem but still my problem did not get resolved. Please do the needful and get me the justice on this issue.(Showroom Address: AADI Honda, Near to Tv tower, Malakpet, Hyderabad PH :9399999403)
