Non delivery of refil cylinde

Sir,

I am having HP gas connection with Gopal Hariwan Hubli my consumer No. is 618999. I have booked my refill on 20-12 with waiting list No. 555 but till date the dealer is not in a position to supply one refill cylinder. What is the use of holding such gas connections when you dont get them when you require.
