Non delivery of cylinder on time
There are several complaints:
Dear Sir/Madam
1. They very rearly pick up the phones, the number is usually kept busy for the whole day somtimes it took 3-4 days.
2. staff is very rude in talking and very careless about cunsumers.
3. Never deliver cylinder on time, we on phone requested them to deliver it on 18th of January because no one was at home @ day time @ that day when they were supposed to deliver it.
4. Somtimes after 15 days of booking, they said that you did not book it and ask to book it again.
5. Very difficult to get cylinder from them.
