Non-delievery of Hyundai i10 ca

I had verbal conversation with Mr. S.P.Srivastava (General Manager, Workshop SAS Hyundai) 9935724255, but he failed to resolve the issue and talked very rudely.

I had given I-10 Sportz, Copper Gold, 30 days back with a promise that I will get the delivery within a 20 days with document . but still (10-may) i didnt get my car. sometime he told "we didnt get the approval from insurance company/ sometime we had not recieved spare parts from hyundai company, chennai office"
