I had booked a fluidic verna sxi diesel white on the 18/05 with spring hyundai under the name of M/s DSG Carriers Pvt Ltd.and was committed a delivery date of 20 days . on the 18th i was the 14 or 15th person to book the car with spring hyundai . after that i got to know that hyundai motor company had cancelled my allotment and that i would get my car by the mid of july, then i was told end of july and then i was told 1st week of august n now im told that ill have to wait another 1.5 months. Is this some kind of joke. On the roads i can now see many DIESEL vernas plying, so where are they comming from?? black marketing or some magic? I was further informed that Hyundai Motor Company only provides 3 diesel vernas to spring hyundai per month for sale. If you are being biased with your dealers the you should advertise it publically as to which dealer gets priority and who doesnt. I had sent a complaint earlier also but it seems that you are totally UNAFFECTED by it. None of your executives even bothered to even call me and ask me my problem I guess they are too busy advertising for this Verna n getting the bookings done n then Thanking People in the newsprint for having over 10000 cars already booked. Please also Advertise in the news print about How many could Hyundai successfully deliver?

On the basis of the information of the Dealer I had already found a purchaser for my old car who is constantly questioning me about delivery and im sure ill loose him as a buyer. I had to pay the EMi for my old car for 3 months on which my Interest component is going to waste as it could have been utilized for the emi of my new car, I had to get my Insurance of the car renewed, which again is a waste for me < the 50, 000 i blocked for booking is going waste (interest on that) The resale value of my car has gone down by 30, 000, my new cars loan approval got lapsed... overall i suffered a loss of appros 50 to 60 K, mental harrasment extra... will Hyundai Motor Company India bear my losses???

at the time of booking i was offered early deliveries by Volkswagen for their Vento, then lately even Ford is promising delivery within 45 days for their new fiesta.

If Hyundai cannot manufacture cars and deliver it then you should address it publicly and remove all advertisements for your Verna. It is not my problem if Hyundai does not get its engines for the diesel verna from korea. then you should have addressed it publicly. Its a Shame for a company Like Hyundai to harass its customers.n that too Loyal old customers. who have used 3 hyundais (Santro, Getz and Tucson) already n still face this problems.

I demand a written explanation for the delay and expected delivery date from Hyundai Motor Company India and not from your dealer. Because i Booked my car at the goodwill of Hyundai Motor Company India and NOT Spring Hyundai. I would request you to get my car delivered within 10 days or else i want my booking money back with the interest for 3 months along with the compensation for the financial loss and mental harassment caused. Along with the cancellation I want a written apology letter from Hyundai Motor Company India that They could not deliver a car in 3 months in spite of me booking the car within a few days of launch so that the world can also know how trustworthy Hyundai is.

Hoping that someone responsible enough would look into this matter and get it solved.
