SUBJECT: Non reciept of Bill, RTO Registration, etc
I purchase a car for my personnel & family use. I decided to purchase a HYUNDAI i-10 car as my brother & nephew have the same. I approaches your Mathura dealer M/s. SHIEL HYUNDAI, 83, Navada, NH#2, Mathura.
As usual I delivered a draft for Rs.459801/- vide their receipt no.8266 dt.05/05 towards the cost of vahicle (i-10 sportz) etc.& cheque for Rs.33986/- vide their reciept no.8269 dt.06/05 (debited to my a/c.on 09/05) towards registration expences.
After handing over the amount I feel a change in the behaviour of the executive/staff. Any how I took the delivery of car. Later on I came to know that it will take a month for registration to be done. I dont know what are the competitive price for the vehicle, what more amenities are their for me, & discounts etc. available to me as I am eager to have a car. They also told me that the you will get corporate discount after one & half month as I have paid all the amount earlier.
I contacted the manager many times over mobile to get my bill & registration if it is ready, every time he told me "abhi nahin hua" even now he dont like to pick my call or try to call me later.
> I could not use the car in absence of proper documents/papers. >The car which I purchased is remain standing in garrage.
> I could not attend 2-3 proggrammes of in nearby Rajasthan & M.P., which I originolly make up to go by car.
I have also contacted Mr. Rajeev Ratan ji on 13/06 & he assured me that you will get your papers by wednesday 15/06 but all in vein.
Now I have following problems before me-
1. I am working in State Bank Of India, Darve branch (MATHURA) as Asstt. Manager, & avail a loan under staff car loan scheme,
I am also delaying to submit the papers to bank for complying with loan documents, generally the period is one month, how more it will take to get my registration done.
2. As per companie's manual 1st free service is due on 06/07 (being 06/05 is date of delivery of vahicle), in this situation what is use of free service where car hardly runs only 200 km.
3. When I will get my corporate discount?
4. I want to know whether this problem is with only me or with all the car (owners) sold on & after
06/05. If their is any problem in R T O Office than let me the status of pending Or successful registration.
