The Ammal Agency Kattakkada is not doing proper home delivery service in my place. When the vehicle comes they just unload the filled cylinders (BULK) in some hotels and shops. The home delivery is not done here. Eventhough the Delivery van was going through the front of my home, they are not doing delivery at there. We have to move to the place where they are illegally supplying the cylinder to the Shops and Hotels. They are giving around 20 cylinders to the hotels. THEY ARE NOT GIVING THE BILL ALSO.. So many times I complainted to the corresponding dealer but THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING
