I'm a LPG consumer with M/S Kleen Gas Services, 26 - SCR, Kharavela Nagar, Unit - III, Bhubaneswar - 751001, Consumer no is KG - 196, Name - Pabitra Manna, Now I Have shifted form Bhubaneswar to Mecheda. I want to transfer it to Mecheda. I deposited cylinder & all documents on 01.08.2009 and received TV (no - 21243800000300) as well as. Then I deposited all the documents here at my nearest INDANE distributor (K.T.P.P Employees Cooperative Socity) on 03.03.2010. They sent the documents to you on 06.03.2010 by regd. post (Regd no 3580, dt.06.03.2010) for confirmation. But no confirmation has been send from M/s Kleen Gas as yet. I am requesting you to send the confirmation report as quick as possible..
