Non recieving of gas cylende

I am a consumer of mahabir gas agency (consumer no 13778) Dhanbad. I had booked for refil on 01.02.2011.but till date I have not recieved it. it is a practice of mahavir gas that they are only giving cylender those who are going to get it from thier office. I am doing job 25kms far from dhanbad city & it is very much imposseble for my oldage parent to their office Ithink u will do a permanentb solution for me. Thanking you SUBRATA MITRA.
