GAS NOT DELIVERED IN TIME

I suspect there is black marketing being done by Mata sheetla gas agency and others too... they take weeks to deliver gas, deny we have made bookings, and also challenge us to make complaints... there is no response on complaint no's given by them. Where do we lodge complaints. I have seen them selling cylinders, but no proof.what does a consumer do? IS ADMINISTRATION INVOLVED IN THIS MATTER MAY BE COZ EACH AND EVRY ONE IS CORRUPT . NO ONE AGREED TO DO THEIR JOB. AFETR BOOKING 16-20 DAYS OVER NO ONE INTERESTED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE
